Responsibilities
  • Lead & Develop Teams: Foster a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment. Oversee associate training, performance management, and retention efforts to meet site objectives.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Apply Lean manufacturing principles to identify process bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and maximize quality and productivity.
  • Manage Planning & Resources: Lead volume forecasting, daily workload planning, and staffing strategies to optimize resources and minimize unplanned overtime.
  • Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Oversee inventory management (receiving/picking/shipping) and ensure precise execution of customer and vendor contract requirements.
  • Communicate & Collaborate: Facilitate effective pre‑shift meetings and shift hand‑offs while partnering with regional sites to share best practices and safety initiatives.
