Qualifications

• 3 years of packaging/manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising, training, and motivating teams.
• Lean mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Flexible first shift (Tue–Fri, 3:30 am–2:30 pm).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; oversee training, performance, and retention.
• Drive operational efficiency using Lean principles and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage planning: volume forecasting, daily workload, staffing.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with customer/vendor contracts.
• Communicate and collaborate across regional sites on safety and best practices.
