To support Grace’s manufacturing activities, we’re always on the lookout for experienced Operations Supervisors to support our current and future staffing needs. Geographic locations include Columbia or Curtis Bay MD; Lake Charles, Norco or Baton Rouge, LA; Chicago, IL; Tyrone, PA; South Haven, MI and Pasadena, TX. As a result, we’re seeking to compile a pool of candidates. The following outlines typical skills and experiences, however, depending on the specific job opening, the requirements will adjust accordingly.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the production shift with the focus of ensuring the site meets its daily plant goals. You will coach and mentor staff that may include union and non-union employees and/or contractors while ensuring a strong safety culture is followed.
As an Operations Supervisor, your work schedule may include 8, 10 or 12-hour rotating shift schedule and include day, nights, weekend and holidays.
