Job Overview

Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager (SSM II), the HR Operations Supervisor oversees, plans, organizes, and supervises the HR Unit, including classification and pay, exams, certifications, recruitment, performance management, health and wellness, reasonable accommodations, workforce and succession planning, EEO programs, and training.

This position is remote-centered, eligible for telework up to 3 days a week per the Statewide Telework Policy. The candidate must reside in California upon appointment and report to the office as needed.
