  • Job role is for new hire Pre-ECM Offshore Operations Supervisors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology.
  • Maximum of 3 years of engineering experience since graduation.
  • The ability to travel and work offshore on a 28/28 day rotational schedule.
  • Ability and desire to work internationally (training, rotation, expatriate).
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
  • Proven proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking in business settings.
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the capability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
