Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year university or pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team during a 10-week summer internship.
• Learn and observe production practices to support food safety.
• Shadow production supervisors and help identify bottlenecks.
• Assist in monitoring product quality and production schedules.
• Complete and present a project addressing issues in the operations department.
