The program emphasizes mentoring, exposure to multiple business areas, and the potential for career development within a global food company. Compensation includes a $22/hour pay and a $2,500 relocation stipend.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year university or pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team during the internship.
• Learn and implement effective production practices focused on food safety.
• Monitor product quality and production operations to meet customer expectations.
• Identify bottlenecks in production processes and help maintain production schedules.
• Complete and present a project related to issues within the operations department.
