Job summary

You will assist the operations team, learn production practices, and observe how quality, safety, and efficiency drive daily decisions across the plant.

The program includes mentorship from leaders, hands-on projects, and opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in four-year university; pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Support the operations team and learn effective production practices.
• Shadow production supervisors and learn day-to-day operations.
• Identify problems or bottlenecks and assist in resolving issues to maintain schedules.
• Present a project related to issues within the operations department.
