Job summary

Winston Taylor is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Strategy to join the Office of the COO and drive data-driven insights across finance, talent, operations, technology, and procurement. You will develop analytical frameworks, performance measures, and executive-ready materials to support strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates combine management consulting rigor with AI fluency, strong business judgment, and the ability to work in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, FP&A, strategic finance, or comparable analytical roles.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and senior leadership on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform executive decision-making.
• Develop business cases, options analyses, scenario models, and recommendations for complex organizational issues.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership meetings, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise operational KPIs to support executive oversight.
• Build new performance management disciplines where metrics do not exist.
• Develop analytical frameworks for workforce planning, capacity, space planning, and service delivery.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Refine reporting and measurement approaches as business needs evolve.
