Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Ops Strategy Enablement, Program/Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement.
• Experience in Contact Center Operations or Enterprise Operations preferred.
• Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI for executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operationalize portions of the annual Operations roadmap and multi-year milestones across the enterprise.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes with clear leadership recommendations.
• Translate Data Insights into operational narratives that explain data, implications, and actions.
• Shape initiatives using internal/external insights to guide prioritization, investments, and execution.
• Partner across Operations to define scope, ownership, timelines, and reduce friction between teams.
• Convert annual strategy milestones into discrete initiatives, workplans, and executable paths with accountability.
• Track KPIs tied to priorities and provide visibility into performance and value realization.
• Collaborate with Insights to produce executive-ready reporting and dashboards for senior leaders.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment with goals.
• Engage business leaders to understand constraints and enable effective execution.
