Job summary

Delta Dental of Massachusetts seeks a Sales Operations Business Partner to align with the Operations & Organizational Planning group, ensuring smooth program and process operations across Sales, Product and Marketing. You will serve as a key SME, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive stability and scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Sales or Insurance organizations, preferably health insurance.
• Excellent critical thinking, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills (speaking, writing, active listening).
• Ability to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Client Management, Product and Marketing to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Build and deepen collaborative relationships across business units and with Operations & Organizational Planning.
• Represent and grow an operational mindset within designated units and across the enterprise.
• Design and enhance the program’s operational strategy for stability, scalability and momentum.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve program operations and user experience.
• Manage complex operational issues and guide timely resolution.
• Define, monitor and report operational trends using data insights.
• Support development and review of training and communication materials.
• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives for operational excellence.
