Job summary

Delta Dental of Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to optimize program and process operations across Sales, Product and Marketing. You will be the key liaison to Sales units within Operations & Organizational Planning, driving scalable processes and ensuring a positive stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or related field.
• 4+ years in Sales or Insurance; health insurance environment preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, strategic planning and problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Client Management, Product and Marketing to translate needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Build and deepen relationships across business units and with stakeholders.

• Drive design and execution of the program's operational strategy for stability and growth.
• Represent program experiences in planning discussions and strategic forums.
• Manage complex operational issues and guide timely resolution.
