Job summary

Commure is seeking an Operations Specialist to join the Ops Strategy and Governance team. You will support continuity, strengthen governance, and drive scalable, automated, data‑driven operations in a healthcare context.

The role emphasizes analytics, dashboarding, and cross‑functional collaboration with RCM and support teams to improve efficiency and stability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong analytical mindset.
• Experience in business operations or governance is preferred.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, or automation projects is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret operational data and identify trends or risks.
• Comfortable building dashboards using SQL, Sheets, or BI tools.
• Exposure to workflow automation and process optimization frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across governance, operations and strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support RCM onboarding and ensure a smooth process.
• Build dashboards and provide leadership with operational insights.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Assist in desk planning and resource allocation for capacity.
• Coordinate payroll processes and weekend shift management.
• Monitor policy adherence and update governance documentation.
• Foster cross-functional coordination across RCM teams and leadership.
• Track KPIs and flag risks related to SLA, compliance, or capacity gaps.
• Contribute to SOP development and governance frameworks.
• Design high‑efficiency workflows by evaluating gaps.
