Job summary

AIApply is looking for a Product Manager / Product Operations lead to sharpen how we discover, prioritise and ship. You will split your time between owning product areas outright and building the operating system around product: research cadence, roadmap hygiene, launch process, analytics and feedback loops.

It suits someone who is equally happy writing a spec and fixing the process that made the last spec late.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management or product operations at a software company.
• Experience running discovery and experimentation with data.
• Bonus points for AI product exposure and building process from scratch in a small team.

• Own product areas end to end: discovery, specification, delivery, launch and iteration.
• Run continuous user research — interviews, surveys, session review — and translate it into a prioritised backlog.
• Define and maintain product metrics, dashboards and experiment reporting so decisions are grounded in data.
• Build product operations: roadmap rituals, release notes, launch checklists, feedback triage and documentation.
• Partner with engineering and design daily; keep scope honest and trade-offs explicit.
• Coordinate go-to-market with marketing and support so every launch reaches users properly.

Qualifications

4+ years in product management or product operations at a software company, ideally consumer or prosumer. Strong analytical skills (SQL or BI tooling), excellent written communication, and real experience running discovery and experimentation. Bonus points for AI product exposure and for having built process from scratch in a small team.
