Job summary

Kindredventures seeks a versatile operator to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the company in a high-ownership, high-autonomy role. You will help build the company’s infrastructure, including planning, metrics, systems, and reporting, and own special projects from fundraising to internal operations and vendor management.

Our mission is general causal intelligence; AI that is capable of (1) predicting the future and (2) identifying the actions to alter it.

To achieve this breakthrough, we are building a Large Physics foundation Model (LPM) because physical systems, unlike text or images, are governed by verifiable cause and effect. We're looking for a versatile operator to help build the company behind the mission. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for someone who wants to work on the company's most important problems — whatever they happen to be that week. Your mission is to be a force multiplier for the founders: bringing structure, analysis, and execution to everything from company strategy to the systems that let us scale.
