Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Operations Standards Manager to drive the development, implementation, and governance of SOPs, process maps, and reference materials across our national footprint. You will partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, training, and Operations leadership to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies, monitor dashboards, and support system enhancements and change initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations and change management, a bachelor's degree,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operations, business process improvement, change management, or related areas.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or related field required.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Proven ability to write high-quality SOPs, workflows, and job aids for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead development, maintenance, and governance of SOPs, job aids, process maps, and reference materials with version control and approvals.
Coordinate change management activities and represent operations in CAB meetings.
Partner with IT, Operations, and Training to support system enhancements, testing, and readiness.
Monitor performance dashboards and KPIs related to productivity, growth, and efficiency.
