Job summary

Iron Mountain in the United States is seeking a full-time records retrieval clerk to support audit confirmation activities, including inventory registration and retrieval of check images from DVDs or shared drives.

You will handle requests from external parties, internal departments, and government authorities, and you will use Excel to manage related documentation with accuracy and compliance. The role requires providing reliable data and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience related to payment, accounting or finance is preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work with Excel and data records

Responsibilities

• Customer records retrieval for audit confirmation purpose (maker role) and the related inventory registration
• Retrieval of check images from DVDs or shared drive
• Respond to other record retrieval requests (Account opening documents, statements, transaction advices & cheque images etc.) for external parties, internal departments and judicial requests from government authorities.
• Background check will be required for successful applicants
