Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Record Center Specialist to join the Operations team in Houston. You will help maintain the security and integrity of customer assets while efficiently processing and managing secure storage containers within our record center.

Responsibilities include processing customer orders with the Safekeeper system and handling physical logistics, plus ensuring strict compliance with security protocols to protect client information and assets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse/records center or similar operations environment.
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders using the Safekeeper system, scanning carton barcodes and locations; handle ~200 secure storage boxes daily.
• Perform physical logistics duties: load/unload trailers, move, weigh, sort, and disassemble items with appropriate tools.
• Maintain a clean, secure work area and safeguard customer information in compliance with security protocols.
