Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operations Specialist in Bloomington, MN to support the Property Management organization with operational leadership, process administration, and client relationship activities. The role centers on ensuring efficient portfolio processes, system access controls, and timely reporting.

You will work with Property Managers, Property Administrators, and Directors, driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management, operations, or related field.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Property Administrators; coordinate onboarding and transitions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support PMs with invoices.
• Manage system access for MRI, Yardi, Nexus, ServiceEdge, and Predict AP; conduct audits.
• Support portfolio analytics, client relationship plans, and business development.
• Produce portfolio reports and maintain records.
