• Document call outcomes accurately and efficiently in required systems.
• Navigate multiple systems and follow established procedures and job aids.
• Follow up on outstanding information and request missing items as needed.
• Proactively communicate issues, trends, or improvement opportunities to management.
• Participate in team problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-training.
• Adapt to workflow changes and manage time effectively to maintain steady productivity.
