Qualifications

• Edit letters and complete tasks using Word and Excel.
• Maintain a high-quality, production-oriented workflow.

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation submissions and transactions.
• Follow daily TO DO lists and complete tasks before end of day.
• Send out electronic letters for address changes and update accounts.
• Review and edit contact details and create change requests.
