Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Business Operations Specialist in Rochester Hills, MI to support daily processing and reporting activities. You will review and process information, reconcile reports, identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and complete assigned work within established quality and turnaround requirements.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, transaction processing, document processing, administrative operations, or related processing environment.
• Experience reviewing, auditing, reconciling, or validating reports, records, transactions, or operational data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams, and experience with business systems or reporting tools.
• Experience identifying and researching discrepancies, errors, or incomplete information and following procedures to resolve issues.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and review operational information according to procedures, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Audit and reconcile reports, records, and transactions to verify accuracy and required documentation.
• Research discrepancies and processing errors and support timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information per security and privacy requirements.
• Track work against quality, productivity, turnaround-time, and service-level expectations; identify process improvements.
