Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day credit union operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain member account records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist with compliance, reporting, and internal auditing procedures.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve account issues promptly.
• Monitor regulatory screening and ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC requirements.
• Collaborate with team to streamline workflows and improve member experience.
• Process, close, and reconcile accounts as needed.
