Job summary

Straits Area Fed Credit Union is seeking a Loan Assistant to provide excellent service while performing a variety of loan processing tasks. Responsibilities include managing titles, processing ACHs and AFTs, tracking and verifying payments, and assisting members with loan inquiries. Qualifications

• Experience in processing ACHs and AFTs is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to manage various types of loan payments.

• Perform duties in a timely and accurate manner while providing great member service.
• Manage titles and GAP claims.
• Verify and process multiple types of loan payments.
