Job summary

Kubota Tractor Corporation is seeking an Operations Specialist II to support the KTAC Claims team in the United States. This role ensures accuracy in financial, licensing, salvage, and claims processes, working with the Senior Business Specialist to review data, prepare routine reports, document procedures, and help implement improvements.

The position assists with training materials, day-to-day claims workflow, and serving as an escalation point as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/ GED with at least 3 years of claims administration or office duties.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; with a degree, 1 year of insurance claim administration or office experience required.
• 2+ years of insurance claim processing and financial reporting.
• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Operations Specialist in daily payment reconciliation and resolve activation errors.
• Support salvage and recovery activities, track salvage assets, and coordinate auction listings.
• Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly/adhoc operational and financial reports.
• Maintain dealer licensing records and conduct routine audits for compliance.
• Process dealer commission statements and issue manual checks as needed.
• Provide backup for dealer collection notices and manage the log of the sub-producer agreement.
• Handle inbound mail and department email distribution; update daily claims call reports.
• Support Claims Administrators during peak periods and assist with complex inquiries.
• Assist in developing SOPs and process guides for KTAC claims processes and training.
