Beacon Pointe Advisors in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Operations Specialist for our Central Support team. The role supports UHNW clients and coordinates with custodians, leveraging Salesforce and Tamarac to ensure accurate, timely processing of paperwork and data management.

The candidate should have a Finance/Business/Economics background with 5+ years in investment operations, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office365).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Tamarac Advisor View preferred; knowledge of custodians is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process client account paperwork for multiple custodians.
• Handle time-sensitive cashiering tasks including capital call fulfillment.
• Maintain client files in Salesforce and Tamarac; liaise with custodians as needed.
• Collaborate with operations leadership on projects to streamline policies and procedures.
