Job summary

Laffer Tengler Investments is seeking a seasoned operations professional to bridge trading, operations, and client service for UHNW clients in Scottsdale. You will translate complex operational realities into clear client outcomes, resolve issues, and improve cross-functional workflows to enhance the client experience.

You will lead onboarding, account maintenance, and high-touch workflows with custody partners and portfolio managers, while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in wealth management or RIA operations and client service.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field; CFP/Series 65/7/66 preferred.
• Experience with high-net-worth client environments and complex financial structures.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Operations and Client Service/Relationship Management for UHNW clients.
• Lead complex client onboarding and account maintenance across multi-entity structures.
• Coordinate high-touch workflows: asset transfers, money movements, and tax-related support.
• Ensure data integrity across PMS, CRM, and client portals and support audits.
