Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5+ years in RIA, broker-dealer, or financial services operations.
• Hands-on experience with Schwab Advisor Center preferred.
• Experience with back-office custodial operations (onboarding, transfers).
• Strong research, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client service and custodian for onboarding and account maintenance.
• Prepare new account applications and monitor progress to completion.
• Coordinate information gathering and resolve onboarding issues.
• Process updates and service requests; troubleshoot rejected items.
• Interact with custodian daily to status custodial requests and provide timely updates.
