Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates welcome.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• High level of personal integrity, reliability, and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfort learning and working across a variety of internal software and communication tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage key workflows with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in New York, NY; this role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support core operational workflows in accordance with internal policies and procedures, including client onboarding, collateral withdrawals, verifications, and loan payments.
• Review, process, and track time-sensitive requests, and work with engineering to automate these processes.
• Maintain accurate records and support reconciliation across internal systems.
• Conduct and lead client verification processes for new and existing clients in line with Arch’s security procedures and onboarding process.
• Assist in preparing recurring internal and external reports.
• Support cross-functional projects and administrative tasks as they arise.
