Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of cleaning and maintenance services, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
• Coordinate with the field team to ensure equipment and supplies are maintained and teams have resources.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to streamline processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
