The Clean Image of Simsbury LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our field team and uphold high service standards in our community-focused cleaning business.

This hands-on leadership role requires developing employees, solving problems, and maintaining top-notch client satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be visible in the field, support staff, and roll up sleeves as needed to ensure excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties when needed.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees
• Train, coach, and develop new and existing team members
• Schedule and supervise cleaning staff
• Conduct routine quality inspections
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, corrective action, and, when necessary, employee terminations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Fill in on cleaning assignments when staffing shortages or call-outs occur
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns
• Assist with staffing, inventory, and operational planning
• Maintain best-in-class service standards while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
