Job summary

Bluechip Pros in Nashville is seeking Area/Account Managers to lead cleaning staff across assigned buildings. You will supervise daily operations, ensure schedules, enforce uniforms, and drive service quality while keeping work within budget constraints.

You will monitor payroll and attendance, participate in regional calls, recruit and onboard new staff, coordinate supplies and maintenance, and conduct audits to protect safety and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily performance of staff to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Communicate with direct reports to resolve concerns promptly.
• Ensure location schedules are prepared two weeks in advance.
• Enforce uniforms for all employees every day.
• Plan and allocate resources; collaborate with HR on staff issues.
• Identify high performers for leadership opportunities.
• Review budget and payroll to track daily financial results.
• Monitor attendance and address manual punches.
• Participate in weekly calls and maintain business continuity in systems.
• Handle terminations and ensure time entry for salaried staff.
• Forecast hiring needs and keep postings current with HR.
• Email background check requests to HR.
• Process new hires and onboard on day one.
• Train staff on responsibilities, timekeeping, and company policies.
• Deliver safety training.
• Ensure uniforms are ordered and delivered by week one.
• Forecast supplies within budget; coordinate repairs.
• Maintain equipment inventory by location.
• Schedule location audits and report results to management.
• Provide daily status updates and action plans.
• Conduct regular quality audits and address issues.
• Respond to customer callouts within 24 hours.
• Oversee OSHA safety trainings at locations.
• Supervisor safety inspections weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with safety teams and clients to address risks.
• Maintain SDS and safety documents at sites.
• Submit incident/accident reports promptly.
• Manage budgets and hours, restricting overtime.
• Communicate budget changes to senior finance and accounts.
• Encourage team to pursue future business opportunities.
• Submit weekly tracking for additional business.
• Sell out of scope work at current client sites.
• Possible exposure to moving parts, chemicals, weather, and noise.
