VALLEY VIEW RANGE OPERATIONS LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to support store performance through inventory management, compliance, and operating processes. You will ensure product availability, accurate pricing, and regulatory adherence while keeping the backroom organized and audits-ready.

Collaborate with store leadership to maintain accurate receiving, inventory control, and customer order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store visual standards, pricing, promotions, and signage.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and inventory control; resolve discrepancies.
• Receive and process inbound inventory including firearms and transfers; ensure accuracy.
• Perform compliance checks and maintain ATF, OSHA, and safety processes.
• Process e-commerce orders and layaways; keep customers informed.
• Support store operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.

This role ensures product availability, pricing accuracy, and adherence to all federal, state, and local firearm regulations, while maintaining organized and efficient backroom and administrative operations.
