Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Merchandising Execution: maintain visual standards, pricing, promotions, and signage.
• Receive and process inventory, including firearms, transfers, and e‑commerce orders.
• Maintain a clean, audit‑ready receiving area and perform weekly/monthly reporting.
• Support compliance with ATF, OSHA, and internal safety policies.
• Manage e‑commerce orders and layaways, ensuring timely processing and communication.
• Partner with leadership to maintain supply levels and conduct case audits.

This role ensures product availability, pricing accuracy, and adherence to all federal, state, and local firearm regulations, while maintaining organized and efficient backroom and administrative operations.
