Range USA in Loveland, OH, is seeking an Operations Specialist to support store performance through inventory management, compliance, and operational processes. You will ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and adherence to firearm regulations while maintaining an organized backroom and administrative operations.

You'll work closely with store leadership to drive operational excellence across receiving, audits, and customer order fulfillment, contributing to a safe and high-performing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Merchandising Execution: maintain visual standards, pricing, signage, and stock.
• Receiving & Inventory Control: process incoming inventory, transfers, and e-commerce orders; maintain audit-ready area.
• Compliance & Regulatory Support: assist with ATF/OSHA policies, 4473 reviews, and compliance tracker.
• Customer Order & Service Support: manage e-commerce orders and layaways; assist with service programs.
• Operational Support: collaborate with leadership to keep supplies, case audits, and safe, compliant operations.

This role ensures product availability, pricing accuracy, and adherence to all federal, state, and local firearm regulations, while maintaining organized and efficient backroom and administrative operations.
