Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead sales efforts and uphold daily store operations with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

The successful candidate will open/close the store, manage the register, coach the team on product knowledge, and grow relationships with customers to increase firearms, memberships, and class sales while maintaining top-tier customer experience.

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (specialty retail preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow complex compliance procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
