Job summary

Range USA is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to drive store sales, lead daily operations, and develop team members in a fast-paced retail and range environment.

You will partner with the Store Leader to ensure safe handling of firearms, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer experiences while managing staffing, scheduling, and mentoring associates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales or leadership experience.
• Led teams of 10 or more associates.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through exceptional customer service and team execution.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and receipts and dispositions.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members; provide coaching and performance management.
• Ensure ATF compliance and firearm handling policies; promote safety.
• Monitor timekeeping, scheduling approvals, and attendance tracking.
