Our Mission

The mission of Alabama Shared Services is to provide an exemplary, individualized, and engaging educational experience for students by incorporating school and community/family partnerships, coupled with a rigorous curriculum and a data-driven, student-centered instructional model. Student success will be measured by assessment data, parent and student satisfaction, and institutional growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student records and data, ensuring data validity in K12 and third-party databases.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements by working with office and administrative staff.
• Assist with communication related to student enrollments and withdrawals.
• Support logistics of major school events like Enrollment, Semester and Year End Transitions, and State Testing.
• Assist with teacher and personnel support issues.
• Review and process accounts payable and receivable records following district procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Required

• High School Diploma
• Four years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research
• Experience with student information systems or databases
• Ability to pass background check
