WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Oversee all aspects of plan installation, ensuring timely and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans on the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and complete projects efficiently.
• Handle operational tasks related to bulk plan conversions with partners and clients.
• Help develop and maintain operational procedures to enhance team efficiency and consistency.
