Job summary

Pacific Rail Services in New Boston, MI, is seeking an Operations Shuttle Supervisor to oversee daily shuttle operations and lead a team responsible for safe, efficient movement of customer vehicles through our New Boston facility. In this hands-on leadership role you will conduct pre-shift briefings, manage staffing, monitor inventory, and drive safety, productivity and exceptional service.

• Experience in automotive logistics, rail operations, warehousing, or related fields preferred.

Pacific Rail Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Shuttle Supervisor to oversee daily shuttle operations and lead a team responsible for the safe and efficient movement of customer vehicles throughout our facility.

This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, managing people, solving operational challenges, and maintaining high standards for safety, productivity, and customer service.
