Leidos is seeking an Operations Shift Lead for 3rd shift (10PM to 6AM) to join the CESO effort in Arlington, VA. The role is 100% on-site, overseeing monitoring, incident triage, and coordination across teams to ensure SLAs are met.
The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8750 IAT II certification (Security+ce or equivalent), and has strong expertise in ITIL processes, monitoring tools, and NOC/SOC operations.
We are currently seeking an Operations Shift Lead 3rd shift (10PM to 6AM) to join the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state‑of‑the‑art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population.
This position is based in Arlington, VA and is 100% on‑site.

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
