Job summary

Rexel USA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manager Area Operations & Safety to oversee operations for multiple branches, manage budgets, safety and P&L, and drive process improvements. You will lead day-to-day activities, coordinate with branch managers, and implement strategic initiatives across the area.

You will review performance reports, authorize credits, liaise with buyers, and ensure compliance with company procedures while supporting a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational experience.
• High School or GED - Required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities for multiple branch locations within a defined area.
• Work with branch managers to set budgets and maintain costs within the budget.
• Develop and implement short and long-term objectives for branch operations and office administration.
• Implement strategies from senior management and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Review reports and invoices to ensure accuracy and proper actions.
• Communicate with buyers to resolve past-due credit issues and authorise credits.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and office equipment, and manage inventory of supplies.
• Participate in committees to improve business operations and efficiency.
• Organize year-end inventory and perform other duties as assigned.
