Rexel USA in Madison, WI is seeking an Area Operations & Safety Manager to oversee daily operations for multiple branches within a defined region. You will manage logistics, budgets, safety programs, and P&L, while aligning branch activities with company strategy.

Collaborate with branch managers to set budgets, streamline processes, enforce policies, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to balance cost control with service

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational experience.
• High School or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple branches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities for multiple branch locations within a defined area.
• Work with branch managers to establish the budget for general operations and office activities and strive to maintain costs within that budget.
• Develop and recommend short and long-term objectives for branch operations and administration.
• Implement company procedures and review performance reports for accuracy.
• Organize, oversee, and participate in year-end inventory.
