Job summary

Satellite Shelters Inc. in Georgia seeks an Operations Manager to partner with the Branch Manager in supervising local scheduling and real-time operations to maximize resources and achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, product development, service, and budget goals.

The role oversees yard supervisors, drivers, and contractors, drives safety programs, and advances technology integrations with the Plymouth office to improve efficiency and service quality across the branch.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field; 3-5 years safety and operations management experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in fleet or service/rental/construction-based environment.
• Experience working with CRM and operations programs.
• Knowledge of modular buildings is helpful but not required.
• Experience working in a customer service-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of yard supervisors, workers and drivers.
• Delegate duties such as material stock and yard upkeep.
• Coordinate scheduling of deliveries, pickups, and multi-sectional set-ups.
• Ensure standards for cleaning, repair, and refurbishment of each unit.
• Perform duties in a timely and effective manner per company policies.
