Job summary

You will oversee yard activities, safety programs, and technology integration, while coordinating deliveries, vendor relations, and purchasing. Must have 3–5 years of operations leadership and CRM/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years safety and operations management experience.
• Experience with CRM and operations programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily yard operations, including supervisors, workers and drivers.
• Coordinate scheduling of deliveries and multi-sectional set-ups.
• Maintain safety, training, and incident-reporting programs.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage purchasing and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
