Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business required
• Minimum three years operations experience in Order Procurement and/or Strategic Routing
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Strategic thinker with leadership and coaching abilities
• Support various operational departments and personnel with management
• Goal-oriented team player with relationship-building skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Basic math skills
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no visa sponsorship)
• Able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at required level

Responsibilities

• Analyze and schedule dynamic daily routing plans
• Organize pallets and consolidate trucks; send orders to be picked
• Procure orders for assigned franchises using forecasting tools
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams about supply issues
• Provide coverage and support across the operations department
• Help WP Beverages achieve its vision through superior customer service
• Perform additional duties as assigned
