Job summary

US Foods is seeking a routing coordinator in Wisconsin to plan and optimize truck routes. You will match orders to loads, balance trailer capacities, and work with Sales and Warehouse to ensure feasible deliveries.

This role requires at least 4 years in a related environment, solid English communication and strong data-handling skills. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a 12PM-9PM shift and 40 hours per week, with a starting pay of $28/hour and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years in related environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong computer skills including data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Route trucks by matching customer orders to loads.
• Balance trailer loads by product size and weight.
• Create cost-effective routes while meeting customer needs.
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse on delivery feasibility.
• Prepare daily reports on route changes and requests.
• Maintain routing software parameters (RoadNet and Mainframe).
