Qualifications

• The Operations Representative I must possess a general understanding of water utility field operations.
• Working knowledge of Company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete costs analysis and record budget expenses.
• Process mark-out requests per Underground Facility Mark-Out Program.
• Update distribution system maps and related databases.
• Prepare service line installations and replacements scheduler.
• Prepare and format correspondence and documents.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and coordinate with colleagues to resolve issues.
