Job summary

Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services, seeks an Operations Reporting Analyst to join our team in Graham, NC. The role focuses on generating, validating, and distributing operational reports across multiple functions.

Typically, schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm ET; requires 3+ years of data analysis, strong Excel and reporting tools, and experience with large datasets to support operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate-degree with 3+ years’ data analysis and reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with large datasets and healthcare operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, and distribute operational reports daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc.
• Monitor KPIs across RCM Logistics, Lockbox Operations, and Print & Insert.
• Develop and enhance reporting templates, dashboards, and data repositories.
• Create custom reports to support leadership needs.
• Audit data for accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Present findings in department and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm ET

Location: This role will work in our office at 1225 Jay Lane Graham, NC

Core Responsibilities:

• Generate, validate, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational reports
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across RCM Logistics, Lockbox Operations, and Print & Insert functions
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting templates, dashboards, and data repositories
• Create custom reports and analyses to support operational leadership and business needs
• Audit data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency and investigate reporting discrepancies
• Perform trend analysis and provide historical reporting to support operational planning and forecasting
• Document reporting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Present reporting results and data insights during department and leadership meetings
• Support process improvement initiatives through data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple systems and data sources
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and improve reporting efficiency

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
• 2+ years’ experience generating and maintaining operational reports and working with large datasets
• Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and chart creation
• 2+ years experience healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, lockbox operations, document processing, or logistics environments
• 2+ years creating dashboards and data visualizations
• Experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and performance reporting
