Job summary

Physical Intelligence in San Francisco seeks an Operations Recruiter to own the high-volume hiring funnel for Robot Operator roles, coordinating candidate generation, screening, and handoff to the operations team for work trials. This role sits on the People team and partners with operations leadership to scale hiring for the site.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting hourly or high-volume roles with sourcing and screening end to end.
• Track record of screening a high volume of candidates weekly with consistent bar.
• Hands-on experience building local candidate pipelines in SF Bay Area.
• Comfort tracking funnel metrics and adjusting sourcing based on data.
• Clear, warm, timely communication with diverse candidates.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Build the candidate funnel to meet hiring plans and create weekly screening volume.
• Own candidate screening for Robot Operator and high-volume roles, ensuring pass rates.
• Maintain funnel throughput to hit weekly targets and keep trial starts visible.
• Deliver a great candidate experience with clear communication on process, schedule, compensation.
• Build partnerships with organizations to source candidates and inform screening decisions.
• Improve the hiring system by creating repeatable processes and automating admin tasks.
